🚨 REAL CLIENTS.. REAL RESULTS 🚨

Too many times we get in our own way and are our own worse enemy… just because you work out with a trainer doesn’t mean you are going to get results…
A Trainer can only do so much…
For the most part, I see my clients 3 X PER WEEK…
Let’s do the MATH…
3 WORKOUTS PER WEEK
Let’s say 30 Minutes to make the MATH easier for guys like me that are used to counting down from 10 😂
That’s 1 Hour and 30 Minutes PER WEEK…
There are 168 Hours Per Week…
So… if you are working out 3X Per Week for 30 Minutes and let’s say we add another 30 Minutes each of those days before or after for cardio, depending on what type of workouts we are doing together… that’s 3 Hours PER WEEK…
Do you think 3 Hours out of 168 Hours will get you drastic physical changes?
Listen… if you’re doing 30-60 Minute Workouts 3X Per Week.. that’s FN AMAZING and GOOD FOR YOU!
But… for most people… it takes MORE…
We NEED to EAT SMARTER…
We NEED to simply MOVE MORE…
For optimal results…
YOU NEED to WORK OUT 4-5X Per Week and eat healthy, preferably in a caloric deficit and proper macros so we can build and tone muscle while burning the unwanted and extra body fat we hate to see…
Jen hasn’t had the courage to allow me to post any videos or before/afters of her but I pretty much forced this one because I said she should be PROUD.
If you are SCARED of starting something new… the likelihood of you making any REAL CHANGE is slim..
TRUST ME… TAKE THE JUMP…
Get COMFORTABLE with being UNCOMFORTABLE…
UNDERSTAND that you don’t “HAVE” to workout…
UNDERSTAND that you “GET” to workout…
