How many times have we heard it? “Someone else needs it more.”
It’s one of the most common things Veterans tell us when invited into this community and honestly, the entirety of the Veteran Nonprofit world.
But healing isn’t limited. It isn’t scarce. And it certainly isn’t a contest. And if we are being honest, the majority of the people we hear say those words, need community and an outlet more than they know.
Every Veteran, no matter their story, deserves to heal, to connect, and to belong.
