Friday looks to be a great day for a pop up Pilates class on the BEACH!!!! Will be at the public accesses close to 9 and 10 from the Garden City pier. Cost is $10 and all you need is a towel. I have one of those sandless blankets which you can get on amazon. Will start at Noon and last an hour! Hope to see you there!

This is how Pilates can define you! Well your arms and shoulders. Using no weights! Hoping 2 post new classes soon! Planning on doing them on the beach at the Garden City Public Access 8-10. It will depend on the tide so the days will vary but they will be at 7:15am. Hoping 2/3 classes a week.
