OMG!!!! CONGRATULATIONS

"This big mama tarpon smoked a well placed live bait after we spotted her in 6ft of water! 🤩🤩🤩. This one of three we landed yesterday and the largest tarpon we’ve landed so far this year. There are some big ones around (you should have seen the one we lost 😳) ! Not bad considering it’s still technically winter!" --

Dustin Machado caught this stud tripletail (Lobotes surinamensis) out of upper Tampa Bay, Florida. He was fishing with a 3000-size Shimano Stradic, spotted the fish near a floating bucket, and tossed a live greenback (scaled sardine) its way.
