Join us for a fun, feel-good movement class designed specifically for seniors of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or have been active for years, this class meets you where you are. We’ll move through gentle exercises to build strength, improve balance, and boost flexibility — all while having a great time. Stick around after class to celebrate your hard work with mimosas and coffee!
