☀️ **What makes Summer Sizzle different?**

Our **Summer Sizzle Pop-Up Classes** are special, high-energy workouts designed to keep you challenged all summer long. Unlike our regular Boot Camp and Pilates schedule, these classes:

🔥 Are **not included in any membership package**
🔥 Feature unique combinations of strength, cardio, agility, core, and conditioning formats
🔥 Take place at **various locations** including outdoor spaces, athletic fields, the pond, and the studio
🔥 Are offered on **different days and times** to keep your body guessing and your workouts fresh
🔥 Are announced **one week in advance** on our social media channels. Registration instructions will follow.

💲 **Pop-In Fee**
• Shred Members: **$12 per class**
• Non-Members: **$20 per class**

💳 **Payment Options**
Payments can be made via **Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash** before class.

This high-energy outdoor boot camp is designed to challenge your endurance, build strength, fire up your cardio, and crush your core from start to finish. Expect hill runs, functional strength intervals, explosive cardio bursts, and nonstop motivation! 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️⛰️

⚡ This class replaces the 8:00 AM Shred Boot Camp class in the studio.
