β¨ About Amanda:
Amanda diMonda is a Certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator, Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, Soul Purpose & Intuitive Spiritual Life Coach, and lifelong animal advocate.
Through Balsamic Moon Alchemy, she creates compassionate spaces where individuals can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access the wisdom already within. Her approach blends breathwork, meditation, Reiki, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and intuitive guidance to support greater self-awareness, clarity, inner peace, and connection.
Amanda believes the breath always meets us exactly where we are and honors that every person's journey is unique. She is also deeply connected to the wisdom of the animal world and occasionally incorporates intuitive messages and insights from animals into her offerings. Through her work in animal rescue and her experiences with rescue dogs, horses, cows, and other animal companions, she has witnessed the profound ways animals reflect, teach, and guide us on our own journeys of growth and self-discovery.
Whether guiding a deeply immersive 9D Breathwork experience or a gentle breath meditation, Amanda's intention is to help participants step away from the noise of daily life and return home to themselves.
THE POWER OF THE BREATH
Breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we have for supporting our overall well-being. The way we breathe directly influences our nervous system, affecting how we respond to stress, emotions, and everyday life.
When practiced intentionally, breathwork can help calm the mind, release tension held in the body, increase self-awareness, improve focus, and create a greater sense of balance and presence. Research has shown that conscious breathing practices can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve mood, and foster emotional well-being.
Beyond its physical and emotional benefits, many people find that breathwork deepens their sense of spirituality and connection. By quieting mental chatter and creating space for stillness, the breath can help us access intuition, inner wisdom, purpose, and a greater connection to ourselves, others, nature, and something larger than ourselves. Across cultures and traditions, intentional breathing has long been used as a pathway to reflection, meaning, and spiritual awareness.
In our fast-paced world, many of us spend much of our time disconnected from our breath. By returning our awareness to it, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
