To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Viking Fitness, I commissioned the incredibly talented to create a bespoke design for the occasion.

Had the chance to pop around his studio when I was back in Belfast this May. Absolutely delighted with this piece of art and ofc it was great to see an old mate.

Playing around with some swag ideas. We've had requests for tank tops. Anything else you'd like to see in the next drop?

Swung by my nephew's baseball game after work and he was amazing! He's been diligently following a strength training program and it's incredible to see his hard work turn into power and agility on the field. Let's go Canes! 💪

Also got a wee session in with my nieces while I was there. 😁

The Barbell Rehab Method was one of the best training courses I have taken. To have a certification directed at something I have always been passionate about (barbell movements for EVERYONE) was refreshing for me professionally, and affirming to my programming, which incorporates these key lifts. Learning ways to adjust the movements and cues for people unfamiliar with them was invaluable. Thanks for the great weekend 💪😁

As an Irish personal trainer living in Maryland, it's an honour to work with this amazing group of Irish dancers.

They train so hard in the gym in order to hone their craft, and it pays off on stage.
