THIS ‼️ is my biggest pet peeve when I hear someone say “this girl I follow is doing *this* and is seeing faster results than me”

OK AND?

Respectfully - no matter how credible it may seem - YOU DON’T KNOW if she is following whatever plan she claims to follow.

Have you ever spoken to a friend who says they’re doing keto but every time you’re with them - they’re not.

It’s okay though because when she shares a progress photo she only promotes that keto did it for her.

What you don’t know is that she potentially bounced between diets, perhaps a caloric deficit and had a few consistent weeks of working out.

✨This is just a slight example of why it’s YOU vs YOU at all times.✨

✅ It’s okay to celebrate what did work for you - but don’t sabotage your progress based on other peoples results.

Whatever YOU are doing that is working for YOU - keep going 🤟🏽

Sleep more for recovery and decrease stress levels.
Train harder (with rest days)
Be patient - it takes time!

Worry about yourself and what works for you!

Everyone is extremely different, you know your body best.

Don’t program hop every few weeks/months just because you aren’t seeing the same results as your friend.

Don’t jump to a new one because you see someone else seeing “faster results”.

If you FEEL good doing what you are doing and you are making progress - there is NO reason to change it up.

If you’re upset you won’t get those results by your trip next week.. guess what? You’ll book another trip in this life time when you have finally tuned in on yourself and created a lifestyle that doesn’t leave you feeling like you have to crash diet to be happy at the beach.

Maybe that time is now and this is your sign.

Wherever you are on your journey - keep going 🤟🏽

The key to FAT LOSS is:

Hydration - you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces per day if not more. I suggest drinking 24-36oz with each meal. Don’t chug.

Eat more - you should prioritize protein with each meal/snack. Do not be afraid of carbs. You NEED carbs and fats to function properly. Food is medicine!

Quality sleep - getting 7-8 hours of sleep is recommended for optimal fat loss and muscle recovery. More sleep = lower stress hormones (cortisol) = less fat build up.

Weight training - lifting to increase muscle mass allows your metabolism to increase and decrease your overall body fat
