Beginning Monday, SERF will return to our regular season schedule with practices for each group as follows:

Tryout - 6:30-7:30, once per week on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday (your choice of day)

Junior 2 - 6:30-7:30, twice per week on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday (your choice of days)

Junior 1 -6:30-7:30, three times per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Senior 2 - 6:30-8:30, three times per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Senior 1 - 6:30-8:30, five times per week, Monday-Friday
