Hello everyone! 👋🏼We have another "at home" workout for you! ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
🔹This workout is primarily for grades 2nd through 12th. But all ages, including parents and teachers can participate.
🔹Thunderstruck Warm-up (Have the song ready to play for better audio)

🔹Workout - Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 Minutes of: 7 Squats, 7 Push-ups, 7 Sit-ups, 7 Froggers

FFCF WARBIRDS (Pre-K through 2nd) - ABC Treasure Hunt Workout: Letters A-G

Workout description:⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔹This workout is primarily for grades Pre-K through 2nd grade.
🔹This workout starts with a "Follow the Leader" warm-up. Have the children follow the movements of the "leaders" in the video. We will run through each movement twice for about 5 minutes.
🔹The Workout of the Day is an "ABC Treasure Hunt". This is part 1 of the ABC series and will cover letters A-G. Children will find an item in the house or class that starts with a specific letter and will preform 5 repetitions of the exercise paired with that movement. We will take you through a round hitting each letter. Once you get to "G", start again with "A" finding a new item. The goal is to find as many items as possible in 15 minutes or the preferred time allowed. You should try to move quickly through it so the children can get a few rounds completed and get a good workout! Try to gather a few items for the younger children before we start if possible. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to participate too. If they can't find an item with a minute or two, have them preform 5 hops and move on to the next letter.

We are excited to announce that we are working on a health and fitness video series for Pre-K through 12th grade. Our Crossfit Kids “Warbirds” program is in it’s 3rd year and we are excited expand our program online. Our goal is to provide a fun and motivating fitness option for parents and teachers!!
