Hi to everyone. I came up with this idea and made a page a few years ago. I thought this a good way to have a group (free exercise) in comfort of your own home and the cost also. Im not sure how to go about this exactly so if anyone has suggestions, please write them. Maybe we can have a few sessions for folks to tune in?
I personally know, I do better, with a group, than on my own. With the times changing(internet) we can do this all together, from where ever we are.
I will be back later as I have a Doctor appointment today and some other things going.
If anyone want to be an admin or monitor, please let me know. Thanks as always for listening to me and all these ideas I have brewing in my head. I am a group ju**ie but Im thinking this isnt a group?? lol
