Welcome back Absegami Crew Parents!!!

As much as we don’t want to believe it, summer is unfortunately coming to a quick close which means the ACPA is ready to kick off the 2023/2024 Crew season.
To jumpstart the season, we are going to participate in the world’s finest chocolate fundraiser.

How it works:
This is a simple fundraiser that gets both the athletes and parents involved! Each athlete will be required to sell a minimum of two (2) boxes of chocolate. Each box contains sixty (60) candy bars that are sold for only $1. Our club can receive a 40% profit from this fundraiser, and let’s face it nothing is easier than selling chocolate.

What comes next:
The ACPA has ordered each current athlete two boxes of chocolates to sell, but we can order more if they sell quickly! Once we receive the candy from the manufacturer it will then be distributed to your child to sell!

Hello Potential Sponsor,
The Absegami Crew Parents Association (ACPA) would like to introduce ourselves to you and ask for your much needed support. ACPA is the parent association and not funded by
the school as crew is club sport. ACPA supports the crew club team with assistant coaches, uniforms, equipment, maintenance, registrations to regattas, registration and insurance of our
boats and vehicles, and organizing our tent expenses for every regatta, these are a few examples of what our team needs your support with.
Last season our boats were extremely competitive. All of our boats placed 1st in the Atlantic County Championship. Our boats were also very successful at The Stotesbury Cup, state Championships among other regattas. ACPA strives to keep our fees for each rower as low as possible and supplementing with fundraisers throughout the year, this is to ensure that our rowers have the proper equipment and they experience at as many regattas as possible. We also strive to make crew affordable for any any student that has the passion for the sport.
We respectfully ask for your assistance in keeping all our children on the water, competing in a sport they have come to love. By Sponsoring our team you will be doing just that. Sponsorship levels

Bronze $250.00: As a bronze sponsor you will receive your business name on our crew tent which is displayed at every regatta.

Silver $500.00: As a silver sponsor you will receive your business name on our crew tent at every regatta. Be placed on our social media as a Silver sponsor and receive a 1/4 page ad in our
end of year banquet booklet.

Gold $1000.00: As a gold sponsor you will receive your business name on our crew tent at
every regatta. Be placed on our social media as a Gold Sponsor and receive a half page ad in our end of year banquet booklet.

Platinum Sponsor $5,000.00: As a platinum sponsor you will receive your business name on our crew tent at every regatta. Be placed on our social media as a Platinum Sponsor and receive a full page ad in our end of year banquet booklet.

In addition, our rowers will have your company logo on their visors that are worn at the regattas.

We will also develop a $500.00 scholarship and award in your name at our end of year banquet.

The award and scholarship will be developed with your input and mission of your organization
in mind.
