Baseball Tryouts for the 2027 team will be held on September 21, 22, 24.
Athletes in Fall Sports need to see Coach Guidroz to discuss tryout procedures. We need EVERYONE (whether in a Fall sport or not) to fill out the sign up form so that Coach Polkey can have a good idea of who needs to be cleared. Tryout Times:
September 21: 6-7:30
September 22: 6-7:30
September 24: 4:15-6:00

Congrats to former Tarpon Baseball Assistant Scott Sanamo for being recognized today for 25 years of service at the LHSCA Clinic in Baton Rouge!
Coach Sanamo is a true Tarpon and has been a pillar in our athletic program for 2+ decades.

KLEB Varsity Silver Kings get a big 13-8 victory over Ascension Catholic to close out the summer with a 5-3 record.
Carter Callais, Jack Griffin, Julian Morales, and Kolton Loupe powered the offense.
Griffin had a solid outing on the mound with Eddie Galicia slamming the door shut in the final 2 innings.
JV Kings finish 6-3-1.
Grant Bychurch had a great outing on the mound with Brett Johnson and Zye Gros leading the offense.
The Kings had a very successful summer both on the scoreboard and in player development. We saw tremendous growth from our guys from mid-May to the end of June. Bright future ahead for these young Tarpons.

KLEB Silver Kings Varsity falls late in a back and forth thriller. The Kings had Multi hit days from Jack Griffin and Julian Bernard with Carter Callais (dbl), Brett Johnson, Zye Gros, Cason Pertuit, and Tucker Levron adding hits.

KLEB JV Silver Kings move to 6-2-1 with an 8-4 victory. Bernard was dominant on the mound going the distance with Kolton Loupe, Gros (dbl), Bernard, Pertuit, and Cason Cortez recording hits.

KLEB Silver Kings conclude the Swampland Season with Home Games today and tomorrow against Central Lafourche and Ascension Catholic. JV 4/Varsity 6.

KLEB Varsity Silver Kings get an 11-8 win over South Terrebonne to move to 4-2 on the summer.
Jack Griffin had a multi hit day (single/dbl), with Beau Robert (dbl), Liam Eymard (dbl), Brady Griffin, Eddie Galicia, and Carter Callais helping power the offense.

The JV Silver Kings get a 6-4 win to move to 5-2-1 on the summer. Julian Bernard, Kolton Loupe, Cason Pertuit, Joachim Pierce, Mason Aucoin, and Kade Robichaux led the offense with Cason Cortez earning the win on the mound in 4 dominant innings of relief work.

The Kings return to action Monday at home against Central Lafourche. JV 4/Varsity 6.

KLEB Silver Kings get a big 15-5 home win against Assumption to get to 3-2 on the Summer.
Matthew Pierce led the offense with a 3-3 day. Brady Griffin, Eddie Galicia, Carter Callais, Julian Bernard, Tucker Levron, and Jack Griffin also had big hits.
JV Silver Kings move to 4-2-1 with a walk off 6-5 win. Brett Johnson and Kolton Loupe led the offense with John Pierce putting one in play to score the winning run.
Liam Eymard was the winning pitcher in both games putting water on the fire with a quick JV outing and doing the same in the Varsity game.
The Kings return to action Thursday at Home against South Terrebonne JV 4/Varsity 6.
