The 2026 season came to a close this weekend. Here are the Championship tournament and season results:
Congratulations to Hudson Clark and Brayden Fullerton who secured 5 fish limits each day with a total of 26.75 lbs. giving them a 19th place finish in the tournament. This finish was good enough to move them into 19th place in the State Trail points race as well…good job guys! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Colton Myers and Lane Roddy had a good start to the tournament with a 5 fish limit, but fell short on day 2 managing 3 fish for a total of 20.57 lbs. for their total weight. This placed them 51st in the tournament and 29th in the points race. Still a good finish in a field of 270 teams. Way to go! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Aiden Perry and Eli Tuck only managed 4 fish for the 2 days giving them a total of 11.66 lbs. for the tournament. Sadly, this moved them from 17th place in the points race to 36th. This team has worked hard all year and we are proud of their efforts. (We would like to note that they also placed 11th in the West Region and 29th in the East Region 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼)
Congratulations to Eli Stiles and Logan Williams for qualifying for the State Championship…unfortunately, things did not go well for them in this tournament.
Our junior team, Isaiah Stevens and Parker Town Townsend struggled a bit and managed 1 fish each day giving them a total weight of 4.15 lbs. and a 38th place finish. However, this team has worked hard all year and placed 14th out of 118 junior boats in the final points race! Awesome finish guys! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We are very proud of all these anglers, and it must be noted for those who aren’t aware that Tennessee Bass Nation High School/Youth is the highest level of competition in the country in high school fishing. Our students compete with national champions, college scholarships winners, and future professional anglers...and the current Bassmaster Classic Champion was competing here just a few years ago. We could not compete at this level without the support of the administration and staff at Gallatin High School, our family and friends, our community, and these financial partners!
