Please please please 🙏 pay attn: to the umpires.

Aaron and I saw this happen at a TNF tournament. The ump stopped sweating at >100 degrees. He was behind the plate and not sweating. Aaron asked the concession stand for water - they refused to give one, so Aaron bought a Gatorade and gave it to the ump.

Now - this ump happened to be stubborn and kept saying he was “ok” (I would do the same 😩🤦‍♀️). If Aaron hadn’t taken steps to hydrate him, who knows.

Keep them on your priority list. They are so important to the game.

We highly recommend going to one of these yearly events. I was introduced by a friend.

There is no better way to get a big pitcher of high level sball than hearing an open interview from the top coaches, top players, top trainers and more.

They give girls an idea of the different type of life you MUST have IF you truly want to play D1 sball.

We highly recommend a visit.

Honestly…I love the 8AM’ers cause that’s first dibs on tent locations.

…but I also get frustrations of getting up to be there early.
