Boys & Girls Bowling – 2025 Winter Honors

What an outstanding season for our bowling program! I couldn’t be more proud of the dedication, growth, and competitive spirit our athletes showed all year long.

On the boys side, Douglas Downey and Mike Mateer both earned Honorable Mention KMAC honors. These recognitions reflect their consistency, leadership, and the hard work they put in every single week to represent our school the right way.

Our girls team had an incredible showing in the KMAC (Knox Morrow Athletic Conference) this season. Laura Quail earned First Team KMAC honors — a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to her focus and competitive drive. Natalie Guiler brought home Second Team KMAC honors while also being recognized as All-Academic KMAC, proving that excellence in the classroom and on the lanes can absolutely go hand in hand.

Emy Nutter and Jaelyn Tesso each earned Honorable Mention KMAC, highlighting the depth and strength of our girls program this year.

These awards are a reflection of early mornings, long practices, commitment to improvement, and representing our school and community with class. I’m incredibly proud of each of these athletes and the standard they continue to set for our program.

Our Senior Girls last KMAC tournament!!

⚡️ LIGHTNING STRIKES TWICE… AND THEN SOME ⚡️

History keeps getting rewritten, and Laura Quail is the one holding the pen.

On Monday, Laura shattered records, and tonight she did it again.
She officially broke our Girls High Game record with a 257 🎳 and followed it up by breaking the Girls High Series record with a 461.

And she still wasn’t done.

Tonight, Laura also became the all-time Girls Career Pins leader, now sitting at 16,997 pins and counting 💥
With KMAC tomorrow and Sectionals on Tuesday, that number is only going up.

Those records previously belonged to Marissa Black, who set a standard that helped push this program forward and made nights like this possible.

Records may be broken, but legacies don’t disappear. This is what it looks like when excellence passes the torch. 👏🎳

The legendary “wussy” pin strikes again 😅🎳

Over the course of the season, every one of these athletes had their moment with the 5 pin. Some stared it down. Some laughed it off. Some definitely questioned their life choices.

It happens to the best of us, and if you bowl long enough, your turn is coming 😂 What matters is that they shook it off, got back up on the approach, and kept competing.

No shame here, just memories, laughs, and proof that we’re all human. Proud of this group and the work they put in all season.

🏆🎳 2026 CRAWFORD COUNTY CHAMPIONS 🎳🏆
THE CRESTLINE BOWLdogs HAVE DONE IT!

These girls went out and proved exactly who they are. With focus, grit, and nonstop teamwork, the Crestline BOWLdogs rolled through the competition and brought home the Crawford County Bowling Tournament Championship!

This title was earned the hard way. Long practices, pressure-filled frames, and trusting one another when it mattered most. You showed poise, confidence, and heart from start to finish and represented Crestline with pride.

A huge congratulations and thank you to Coach Jeff for his leadership, preparation, and belief in this team. Your guidance and dedication continue to build a championship culture.

Enjoy this moment, BOWLdogs. You earned it.
