Join Us for the Annual Murph Challenge!

This Memorial Day, we’re honoring our fallen heroes with the Murph workout.

What’s the Murph?
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(With or without a weighted vest—your call!)

You don’t have to be a member, this is a FREE workout for everyone. Just show up, give it your all, and honor the sacrifice of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and others like him.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! Swipe for variations of this workout. Plus any and all modifications are available.

Doors open at 730am. Breakfast pizza will be available as a pre or post treat!
Water slide will be out for the kids, weather permitting.
