7th and 8th Grade! Our Junior High Camp will run Monday-Friday the weeks of July 20th and July 27th from 5:30-7:00 at Old Van D**e Field West of the high school stadium. The cost is $40 per player. This camp will lead directly into the season.

Alleman High School announced June 10 it will not field a varsity football team in 2026, leaving Galesburg with an open Week 4 date on September 11. GHS is searching for a replacement opponent.

We had a great first week of our summer! Over 70 players in attendance every day with outstanding energy (as you can see). This is only the beginning, but we like the track we’ve started on.

We are so grateful for our new facility and for the work that Coach Noonan does in PE. Allowing our athletes to workout during school hours and be able to lift year-round will pay dividends!

Evan Massey visited the new Galesburg High School weight room and came away impressed — 16 stations, individualized iPad workout plans, and over 300 students lifting on the day he visited.

P.E. Department Chair Jim Noonan has built something special at GHS. And it's not just for athletes.
