We have had a great first two days of practice!

Looking towards tomorrow, we have to make a slight adjustment to original practice plans due to open houses.

7th grade will be practicing 3:30-5:15
8th grade will be practicing 3-4:30

We would still love to see more seventh grade and eighth grade girls participating

Middle School cross country continues tomorrow at the middle school. We would love to see more students participating Please consider playing this year .Practice will be from 3:30-5:00. We are looking forward to getting this season started!

First Practice: Monday August 16 from 5:30-7:30pm (Bring helmets if you have them)

First week schedule

Tackle: Mon-Fri 5:30-7:30pm (Conditioning :
4 days required before moving on to hitting practice) 🏈

First Hitting Practice: Monday August 23 from 5:30-7:30pm (All equipment needed)


Flag:Mon, Tues, and Thurs 5:30-6:30pm 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️


Cheer: Mon-Thurs 5:30-7:30pm 📣
We are excited to be partnering with our varsity cheerleaders to continue building our Ram cheer program! ♥️ 💛 🐏

The high school graciously is allowing us to continue to use the high school practice fields in exchange for volunteers at the JV and Varsity games so be sure to sign up for your spots and as always keep our fields clean !

As a reminder to encourage all athletes full attention on their coaches allowing them to make full use of their time Parents are not allowed on the practice fields or the sidelines of practice. We ask that you stay along the building away from practice and please do not call out to your athlete during practice.
