Starting October 11th we will be starting a year round Lifting Program for teens, tweens, and inbetweens.

Classes will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays at 4 p.m.

We timed it wrong and took a group pic after everyone started to head back to school.
Proud and happy with all the young men and women who came in this summer and put in some work.
The progress that was made by all of our lifters was far and beyond our expectations.
Also a a flex pic must be done after a sweet bicep pump.
Great job to everyone, and a special thanks to our coaches.

was top %10 in the country and was invited to compete in the online quarterfinals. To say we’re proud of her is an understatement. We’d also like to give a shout out to who was also top %10 in the country and top %2 for her age group.
