NOTICE

We are writing to inform that Tactical Ordanace Gun Show will be cancelled this weekend 12/10-12/11. Due to vendor cancellation, product availability, and uncertainty with measure 114.

Please feel free to stop by the shop during business hours and we will gladly order anything you need. At this time Tactical Ordnance is still accepting all transfers and will continue to until we absolutely can not.

NOTICE
From Tactical Ordnance

We are sending out this letter to make all our Vendors, Patrons, as well as associated businesses aware that Tactical Ordnance will no longer continue to Host/Promote the Shooting Sports & Blade Expo in Portland, Oregon at the Portland Exposition Center.

The decisions surrounding our leaving the Expo are three-fold. Many of our Vendors were unhappy with the high crime rates in the area and the advancement of a homeless encampment moving onto the Expo grounds next to where our shows were held. The growing concern became overwhelming.

The situation regarding lack of attendance. Asking people to pay for the parking and to get into the show was more than most wanted to pay. We unfortunately had no control over the parking fees. Having people afraid to leave their vehicles unattended because of theft and safety concerns was also mounting.

The continual security issues had come to a level of concern that we were having to employ more security than was reasonable. Our Vendors were choosing to avoid attending the shows because of the problems arising on the grounds and the attributed rising rates to cover costs.

As a business based around the firearm industry, we are saddened to see the era of the ‘Portland Gun Show’, come to an end. Over four decades of Gun Shows have graced the Expo grounds. There was a time when our relationships as Promoters was valued more than the ‘perception’ they feel is a problem now. It was always the standard that we worked together to create an unbiased working relationship. Unfortunately, that has passed.
We are currently working with a few facilities to see what will work for us in replacing the Shooting Sports & Blade Expo location. Our goal is to find a facility that is not only large enough to house our events but is also a place that our vendors, patrons & staff not only feel comfortable but safe as well!

Time for another GUN SHOW!!!

The Shooting Sports and Blade Expo will be back at the Portland Expo on March 26th & 27th!!!

Admission $12 with children under 12 FREE with a accompany adult!

The doors will be open from 9 to 5 on Saturday
and 9 to 4 Sunday

Door Prizes drawn every two hours!!

We have something for the entire family!

MANY NEW VENDORS!!!!
