So excited that our KLA family could be part of the Unstoppable Game at Highland Park in Marengo this past Monday! 💙❤️🥎

The Unstoppable Game is such a powerful event that gives athletes with disabilities the opportunity to take the field, be celebrated, and showcase their love for the game in a competitive, inclusive, and uplifting environment. It’s all about ability, joy, teamwork, and reminding everyone that baseball and softball are for absolutely everyone 🙌✨

🥎 Sub Player or Permanent Player Wanted! 🥎

KLA Athletics 14 Open is looking to add athletes to our roster for the remainder of the summer season. We are currently considering all positions for both tournament subs and permanent roster spots.

Looking for players who are competitive, coachable, hardworking, and ready to compete against quality competition throughout the summer.

In a one-day tournament, they battled their way to the championship game, finishing with an impressive 4-1 record before coming up just short in the title game.

These KLA babies continue to grow every weekend, improving their skills, building confidence, and expanding their knowledge of the game with every inning they play. The progress this group has made is incredible, and their hard work is showing on the field!

🔥🥎 ATHLETICS PREMIER 16U SHOWED OUT AT THE CAP CITY SHOWDOWN! 🥎🔥

Athletics Premier 16U was absolutely dominant all weekend, winning all 7 pool play games and earning a spot in the Cap City Showdown Championship Game! 💪🏆

💥 7-0 in pool play
💥 76 runs scored
💥 Only 10 runs allowed
💥 10 HOME RUNS
💥 5 different players went yard! 🚀

Leading the power surge was Mycah, who launched 2 home runs in a single game! 💣💣

That’s a staggering 76-10 run differential heading into the championship game, putting up the kind of numbers you usually only see in a video game! 🎮🔥

Unfortunately, the ball rolled the other way in the championship, and we finished as Runner-Up 🥈. While the final result wasn’t what we wanted, this team proved all weekend that they can compete with anyone.

Another strong outing by our 10U squad! 💪🏽🥎

With the tournament condensed to Sunday only because of rain, the girls battled all day and were rolling in the semifinals before weather struck again. Unfortunately, the tournament was called with us leading 1-0, and due to tie-breaker rules, we finished in 3rd place.

Proud of the fight, energy, and grit this team continues to show every weekend! 🌧️🔥
