Dog Haus Running Club - Kentlands We are a free social running club that meets every Monday night at the Dog Haus in Kentlands. Check-in starts at 6:00pm with 5k starting at 6:30pm.

Beers, burgers, dogs, and Happy Hour follow.

In other news, this Sunday Fleet Feet is having a fun run with Saucony and members of Black Girls Run! at the store. This is part of the Share The Run mileage challenge which you can be a part of too. Hey everyone! If you've been dealing with an injury that's prevented you from walking/running efficiently then this is for you. From 5:30 PM-7 today we'll have two doctors from Indigo Physiotherapy at Fleet Feet to help. Dr. Jillian and Dr. Alicia will be available to you with answers and offer quick assessments to help improve your walking/running performance.
