We meet up at Cypress & Grove Brewing on the sidewalk out front at 6:15pm and start running at 6:30pm.
The course is an out-and-back with a loop around Depot Park on the city rails-to-trails path.
All paces, sizes, and shapes are ALWAYS welcome! ;)
The full course is 4.2 miles, but you can modify it for just about any distance up to that since it’s an out-and-back.
Good times, conversations, and cold beverages follow up after the run!
