Here are some photos of the North Hall High School Varsity Tennis Team at their end of season Banquet this summer. 13 Seniors graduated! They will be greatly missed! Kudos to all of these terrific players and their Coaches! Coach Woodworth and Coach Walt.

Wow, we had a busy Summer Camp this year at North Hall High School courts! Fabulous fun, playing, and learning had by all! "AFTER SCHOOL TENNIS" is starting now! Come out and join us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays! Here are a bunch of photos from this Summer!

North Hall Jr. Trojans are rocking their new tennis boys' and girls' teams. We are traveling all over North Georgia, and playing some very serious tennis, singles and doubles! These kids have worked very hard this season, and will be playing until mid-November! I am so proud of them! We have 25 kids, and they are having a blast, and improving each time they play! We have 5th through 9th graders! Many of our 5th graders are beating 8th & 9th graders on the other teams. The entire team is bringing home a lot of wins! Congratulations North Hall Jr. Trojans!

Last week was the last day of "After School" at Sardis Enrichment, Chestatee Middle, and Chestatee, Gainesville, and North Hall High Schools in Gainesville, GA! These kids were in action all school year long! Great kids, and great tennis! Kudos too all of my kids who stayed out in the cold and hot weather! They are the best! Ages K-12. Terrific season! Now on to "Summer Camp"! Ages K-12! Come on out and join us! Learn the "Sport of a Lifetime"! Let's srart getting them groomed for High School Tennis!! There are College Scholarships out there! Adult/Kids private and group lessons!

Now my adult womens' teams are on their way to USTA State Tournaments in Athens, GA weekend of May 31st and Columbus, GA the weekend of June 7th! Wish us luck!

I, as a Tennis Coach, am so excited! Four of my seven high school students are playing First Line on the Varsity team, one other is playing 3rd Line. One of the four that made Varsity is a girl who is only 14 years old! Others made their high school team, as well! I am so very proud of each of them! They attend 3 different local high schools! They took lessons twice a week for 7 months, and all worked very hard! They are all fantastic players and wonderful kids! I love them all!! I will be cheering them on at their matches! Kudos to each of them!!!

December 2018. It is getting a little cool, but we are hanging in there!

We had a great year! I had 40 or more students from Sardis Elementary from Kindergarten through 5th grade, Chestatee Academy, Chestatee, Gainesville, and North Hall High Schools. Many adult students. Six USTA Adult Teams, (3.5 Women, 4.0 Women, 55 Women, 65 Women, Tri-Level Women, (Our Tri-Level team went to State this year and were the Finalists, and a fellow team from Gainesville placed First! Go Gainesville and NEGTA!) Congrats ladies! A new Mixed 8.0 was formed and Sardis team came in 2nd, Combo Women day and night teams were also very successful! Each team played two or more seasons in the year. My Sardis 4.0 team is going to the STATE Tournament in May of next year! Congratulations, girls! Fantastic playing
and great competition. A great season was had by all! The Round Robin Mixers were a great success, as well.

I enjoyed working with the 4th and 5th graders from Sardis for 8 weeks. The Middle School has come out twice a week to play tennis, and Chestatee High School will start practicing on the courts in January, and begin their team season in late February, early March. I cannot wait to be out there supporting them!

I Captained most of the above teams during the year. Joy Bilthouse Captained the 3.5 and Combo Day teams, and always does a fantastic job! Thanks to Joy, all of our players, and all of my students for making this a very successful year at Sardis Sports Complex!!!

In October until this past Friday, December 7th, I Captained 4 teams, and played on 6! Great winter season! Thanks again for making this first year as the Tennis Pro for Sardis Sports Complex, a very enjoyable and successful one!

A special thanks goes out to Northeast Georgia Tennis Association (NEGTA) for allowing us to have such great teams and leagues, and a special thanks goes out, as well, to Focused Tennis, Inc. for overseeing, scheduling, and maintaining all of the Hall County Courts! Thanks, Kim and Casey!

Make it your New Year's Resolution to come out and join us, get healthy, physically fit, lose weight, build up your muscles and stamina, and do all of this while having the time of your life! Make new friends, have time to spend with old friends you already have, and laugh with us! We have so much fun!! Obviously, if you are a beginner, by taking lessons, I can get you playing and place you on teams in a very short time. If you already play, I can help place you, and direct you to teams of your level. There are plenty of teams right here in Gainesville!

Just look at some of my little tennis troopers this week coming to lessons with wind 10-14 mph and chill factor in the high 20's, low 30's! They are incredible! Coach Lois is making them tough!! Age range 6-11 years old in this class. Kudos to my little Rock Stars! I teach Elementary, Middle, High School and adult groups - beginner to advanced levels!
