Yesterday's action saw the Legends Welcome the Tri State Grey Wolves from the Blairsville Georgia area to Lanier Point in our last home doubleheader of the year.

The Grey Wolves and the Legends played two very enjoyable games.

The first game saw 6 lead changes before the Legends prevailed 18-14.

The second game saw 7 lead changes and 2 innings that were tied as the Legends pulled off the sweep with a 22-20 victory.

Next week is the final regular season doubleheader and the Legends will be traveling to Yonah Preserve Baseball Complex in Cleveland, Georgia to face the Dahlonega Gold before heading into the playoffs.

Today in the 58+ League saw League Leaders Lake Lanier sweep Tri State in a couple of classic battles. Lake Keowee stayed right on the trail for the best record in the regular season by sweeping Rabun County.

Next week the regular season concludes with 2 doubleheaders.

First action in a couple of weeks.

Swept a doubleheader yesterday against Rabun County.

Yesterday was a beautiful day again in the Southeast and We were able to complete another full schedule in the 58+ League.

Lake Keowee swept Dahlonega, and Lake Lanier swept Rabun County. Tri State took 2 out of 3 games from Upstate.

Got swept by Lake Keowee. The League Lead is down to 2.5 games

The rain held off and a full schedule was completed this week in 58+ League. Somewhat of a rarity this year it seems.

Lake Keowee tightened up the race for the best record in the league by sweeping Lake Lanier this week 16-8 in the first game and the second game won 17-16 in eight innings.

Tri State looking to nail down the #3 position defeated Dahlonega 14-6 and 17-16.

Upstate swept a tripleheader from Rabun County 17-14, 10-9, and 14-7.

The end of the regular season in the 58+ League is approaching as we have reached the 3/4 mark

Only 1 makeup doubleheader was able to be played this week. Lake Lanier swept Dahlonega 29-13 and 21-8.

Both of the makeup doubleheaders that were scheduled at Clayton were washed out due to field conditions.

A full schedule is on-tap for next week, if we can get a break from Mother Nature.
