Your effort, dedication, and support for this team doesn’t go unnoticed. Your love for the sport is strong, and we appreciate that you share your passion for flag with our players. Our team has changed its game and mindset ever since you joined, and we are finally seeing a new program that competes with some of the best teams in the state. You make us laugh (ironically and sometimes unironically😂), you push us to our full potential, and you teach us meaningful lessons that we carry off the field. This past week at our film and study session we had a Registered Dietitian with USF, Addie Harding come in and give us a presentation about nutrition and the key food groups to prioritize for pre-practice/game, recovery, and hydration. Our health is our #1 priority and as we try to grow this sport and transition to a D1 athlete mindset, it’s important that we take care of our bodies. The team definitely enjoyed learning more about the importance of nutrition💪💚
