Butterfly Seminar this weekend.
Butterfly is still one of the most versatile guards / mechanics in all of grappling. Guard Retention, Sweeps, Elevation, Leg Entanglements, and so much more.

The Russian tie is very versatile especially for dragging the match to the group if you are not very strong on your feet. Front head trap provides options for darce, anaconda, and neckties along with back takes. On top of all that it combos well and is low risk.

Sp excited to return to and share some concepts and some ridiculous trickery. March 7th 10AM.

I always try to share both big pictures take aways as well as fully fleshed out recipes that you can just drop into your game and cause mischief with your training partners.

Last time ._ and I taught elbow frame and this time will be "Choke Theory" through the lens of bottom kesa.

Making connection is 🔑

Gravity does not get tired. The more you can use gravity to off balance big guys the better.

Getting up halfway and using the fall to start your offense can be super effective.
