Next competition will be the NeGator Power Meet. It will be more oriented to absolute strength and very little on endurance. Expect rules to be completed in the next couple of weeks and the event to be held in late June!

Raw individual was decided by 4 points and came down to the last event for Ray and Trevor with Trevor just barely edging Ray out for the title. Highest overall female score went to Jackie.

Final standings for the first ever LIFT OFF are in!! Men: 1st Place - Team King of the Jungle, 2nd Place - Team :), 3rd Place - Team Beast Mode. Women: 1st Place - Team Give Me a Grunt, 2nd Place - Team P-P-P-P-Power, 3rd Place - Team EduGators.

Congratulations to the winners and we were very impressed with everyone that competed. In the middle of Summer there will be a new competition with different events and rules more focused on raw power. At the end of the Summer we will hold another Lift Off with some minor adjustments to the rules.
