The club offers athletes, ages 6 -13 , instruction on proven wrestling techniques and the opportunity to employ the skills they learn through participation in various wrestling tournaments across Northern Virginia. In addition, the club is designed to provide each participant an opportunity to improve their athletic skills, make new friendships and have fun! The team practices will emphasize the importance of a proper warm-up routine, healthy eating habits, conditioning, teamwork and character.
