Celebrating Mother’s Day with this multi-generational performance featuring our guru and director, Mathura Alladi, dancing with her daughters Lalitha Aditya Alladi, Amritha Alladi Joseph and her granddaughter Kamakshi Aditya.
This Ganesha Kauthuvam and Dashavataram were performed at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s second Visions of India Festival in October 2025.

We recently had the pleasure of performing Dashavataram at the Alladi 70th Conference celebration in Gainesville. This dance depicts ten avatars of Vishnu, who is believed to descend upon the earth taking a new form each time to remove evil and restore righteousness.

PHOTOS: A special thanks to our dancers (and their supportive parents), for participating in last Saturday’s India Fest in Gainesville. Jathiswara School of Dance & Music presented two dances, the second of which was "Parabrahmamokate," choreographed by guru and director Mathura Alladi. The dance depicted that it is the same God that resides in everybody's heart. The song is a composition by Annamaachariar, vocally rendered by Unnikrishnan.

VIDEO: We are proud of our dancers who spread a message of unity last Saturday during the Gainesville India Fest. PHOTOS: Thanks to our students who performed "Yehimudham Sri Krishna" at Gainesville's India Fest on Saturday!
Dancers Anika Bansal, Anika Shukla, Shreeya Narasimhan, Aarna Shamvhavi, Shaanvi Mishra, Anwita Singh performed the piece, choreographed by our guru and director Mathura Alladi.
The girls did a tremendous job portraying the playful antics of young Lord Krishna. We appreciate the parents who continue to support their children in learning our traditional dance form.
