This Medal Monday goes out to Amy! Huge congratulations on finishing her first 70.3 World Championships in Nice! 🇫🇷

This is one tough course, and she raced it so well. She started the day with the 12th fastest swim in her age group — putting her in the top 3.3% — then took on a monster climb on the bike (especially for a Florida girl) with a smart, controlled ride so she could follow it up with a great run.

So proud of how she raced this one from start to finish. Congrats, Amy!! World Championship finisher 💙🤍❤️

CLASH Daytona is on the RPE calendar! 🏁

We already have a group of athletes — both local to Gainesville and remote — training for Daytona this December, and we’d love to add a few more to the crew.

Training programs for the Sprint, Daytona, and Middle distances start next week! You’ll get individualized coaching, plus a community of other RPE athletes to share training, ask questions, plan meetups, and head into race weekend with some familiar faces.
