Our mission is to increase security, confidence, and health through practical self defense and fitness training. Our classes are motivating, effective in improving self defense tactics and physical fitness, and most importantly, they are fun! We have classes for 4 to 6 year olds, 7 to 11 year olds, pre-teens/teens, and adults.
