Outdoor Adventure Recreation (OAR) provides the UF community with an organization where people of all skill levels can enjoy outdoor activities.

OAR trains its members, runs trips at cost, and provides necessary equipment. Emphasis is placed on members learning to be competent at their activities of interest and not merely being led. There is no requirement of experience, dues, or special equipment.

Join Chris, wise OAR elder, next Thursday the 25th in JWRU 2340 to learn the process of planning a trip, including ideas for trips, leader responsibilities, safety, and logistics. You will also learn how to use the website to create and announce trips as well as how to utilize the gear shed and club gear.
