🗣️Romans 8:14‼️
“Those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.”
Believers in Jesus aren’t without God’s help as they seek to honor him in their earthly living.
This path has been difficult for me because I am in search of something within myself.
Through the early wake up time, through the constant prayer, through the calorie deficit (really low calories all day long) through the rigorous workouts, through the lack of sleep (5 hours every night). I am looking within.
You see, without any alcohol, w**d, heavy amounts of food, I’ve been able to have so much more clarity in my life, I’ve be able to tap into the Holy Spirit. (Sounds crazy right?) but you try it.
TAKE EVERYTHING AWAY. The sleep, the food, the alcohol, the w**d, throw in INTENSE workouts EVERYDAY!
The MIND and the BODY are going to give in and that’s when the HOLY SPIRIT TAKES OVER.
The same spirit that resurrected Jesus from the dead, is also within us.
Every time I push more, I find out there is always more within me.

🗣️LONG VIEW‼️
I remember starting my journey at 12, and then taking my first ever double bicep photo in my bathroom at 15.
I didn’t think “when am I gunna be massive?!” I just WANTED TO FEEL PROUD.
I just wanted to feel good about who I was and working out showed me that change was possible.
It made me feel better about myself because I didn’t feel smart in school. I got Cs and I knew I wasn’t cut out for college.
And everyday that I saw myself progress I felt proud I felt like I had a purpose in life.
That’s what I’ve come to realize that, our purpose is to get better.
YOUR PURPOSE is to get better everyday! With your body, with your skills for work, in your spiritual connection with God.
As we progress we see ourselves get better at life. Life only gets better when WE get better!
Discipline has been my rock. It’s been my key to success in fitness in saying No to what I want now for what I actually want later down the road.
It’s what I can teach YOU. Self discipline will allow you to trade what you wanna give up now for what you really want later in life‼️

🗣️❗️If YOU HATE MONDAY READ THIS❗️🗣️

♦️I heard a story of a this little 9 year old girl in the hospital who was dying, and her dad was this famous rapper.
⛓️She was clinging onto life with every breath she took. Her dad told the Dr.

🗣️Rapper: “I’ll pay whatever we need. How much money do you need so we can transfer her to another hospital that’s better.”
👨🏾‍⚕️Dr. “Sir you don’t understand, this isn’t a question about money, this is up to God at this point.”
⛓️At this point the man realized that, every single breath that this girl was fighting for was a gift from God.
🗣️Do you think they cared if it was Monday?! DO YOU THINK THAT MAN OR THAT LITTLE GIRL CARED IF IT WAS MONDAY?!
🗣️At that point that man realized that EVERY SINGLE BREATH THAT WAS GIVEN WAS A BLESSING‼️‼️
🗣️His DAUGHTER was FIGHTING for each BREATH!
🗣️While you sit here and F*CKING COMPLAIN that it’s MONDAY, people are FIGHTING to see the NEXT HOUR.
🗣️You wonder why your life is SH*T Is because there are 99 things going YOUR WAY and the 1 thing that isnt you’re upset about!
🗣️PERSPECTIVE. PERSPECTIVE. PERSPECTIVE.
‼️It brings me to tears knowing a man’s daughter was fighting for her life when I know I would be devastated.
⛓️She ended up passing away. Leaving the rapper with a huge lesson.
⛓️Count your days or make your days count.

🗣️If YOU want to improve the quality of your life you’re gunna need to follow someone who’s done it.
🫡There is a reason why there are head coaches, head trainers, presidents, CEOs, pilots, quarterbacks, all of these are LEADERS!
🦁They are leading a team, they are leading the way to a better life. A bigger purpose.

💎A man is better off alone because he reflects more‼️
✍🏼Im not saying forever, but in order for you to better yourself we MUST consciously reflect on who & what are we BECOMING.
⛓️There are many DRIFTERS in this world, zombies just walking mindlessly around the world with no sense of self awareness.
🗣️You don’t want to be a drifter, someone who lets their mind wonder.
👹And remember, idle mind is the devils workshop.
♦️Pay attention to how you react
♦️Pay attention to what you look like
♦️Pay attention to who you listen to
♦️Pay attention to daily habits
♦️Pay attention to what you watch
♦️Pay attention to what you “think” is “true”
🪞I reflect on the daily, I reflect because my choices are either leading me towards a fulfilled life or an unfulfilled, not successful life.

Think twice about going out tonight to “celebrate”
♦️I’ve been there, it’s hella fun it’s a good time, it’s a lot laughs, it’s memories, but I’ll tell you what come Monday you are doing the same s**t you HATE DOING.
🔁This constant back and fourth lifestyle that you have that’s leaving you broke, depressed, out of shape, living with regret.
⛓️“Staying in is no fun”.
🗣️Motherf*cker look at your body. You look like s**t. You’re gunna try and pick out some clothes that make you look not so bad so you can go drink your problems away?
🗣️YOU’RE MEANT FOR MORE. All this other s**t you’re doing is PURE DISTRACTION from what you INTERNALLY know you should be doing!
♦️And it’s not just me talking to you it’s your soul it’s your spirit, it tells you that you shouldn’t go out and get fu**ed up. How do I know? Cuz I’ve been there.
🦁Here I am 5th meal of the day, finished up work about an hour ago, about to play some chess and just focused on discipline. Self mastery.
🦁Sacrifice and discipline got me the body I have now, the same results will happen for my business as I’m applying the same principles.

🧎🏽Every morning. On my knees to SHOW GRATITUDE.
🗣️Gratitude is a VERB! Wake up and SHOW GOD how grateful you are by LIVING YOUR LIFE.
👁️Your vision in life is your purpose. It’s our calling. You are meant to be doing what you believe in.
✝️The test that God puts us through is to see how much we actually trust in him. Because alone we feel LIMITED.
🚫God has no limits. And if God created you then you are a God yourself. Limitless.
🗣️If we believe in ourselves & in Him, if we take the actions towards that VISION, if we take the RISKS, then we are showing our faith in Him & he will then in turn make the pathway possible.
👁️We walk by faith not by sight.
🗣️Will I get to where I wanna go in life? It doesn’t matter, what matters is can I show up everyday. Can I be grateful even without seeing what I want?
🗣️Can I be thankful with what he’s given me and StILL PUT IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF WORK⁉️
♦️All the things you think you want, when you realize that every time you’ve reached a goal that feeling went away after a few days and it was onto the next thing.
♦️It’s who we become in the process that makes us proud. It’s being able to look in the mirror proud of yourself at the beginning of the day and at the end of it.

♦️When we constantly seek pleasures, we will run away from fear. We will run away from our problems. We will turn away from challenges.
🗣️Why? Because it’s doesn’t FEEL GOOD! But the truth is
🗣️You are the MOST ALIVE when you are living on YOUR EDGE.
♦️When it feels terrifying, when it feels risky (and I’m talking fu***ng cheating and fu***ng around).
🗣️I’m talking about starting that business, going to the gym when you’re scared, getting into a relationship or even learning to trust that person.
🗣️F**k it whatever happens I’ll be ready for it. That statement screams “I’m confident enough to go after it, even if it does hurt!!”
♦️I refuse to live a life where fear dictates my actions.
✝️I let faith, God, my belief in myself, my attitude and my gratitude lead me to make my decisions.
