Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just looking to get active with a great community, we’d love to have you join us. All paces and fitness levels are welcome. There will be both a running group and a walking group.

Free 1st Phorm pre- and post-workout drinks will be available while supplies last.

May Juiced Athlete of the Month: Reeha Nori 🍊

Since last July, Reeha has been putting in the work and trusting the process through cross country, winter track, and spring track season.

Not only has she gotten stronger physically and improved her running form and performance, but she’s also developed confidence in herself as an athlete. Watching her growth throughout her freshman year at Gainesville High School has been incredible.

Her consistency, work ethic, and willingness to adapt have paid off. We’re excited to see what’s next for her!

Spring training with Ari, Mackenna & Natalia 🏀

This session was all about movement quality, explosiveness, strength, and core control, which carry over to the court.

Training athletes isn’t just about working hard. It’s about helping them move more efficiently, produce force, stay balanced, and reduce injury risk while improving performance.

Coach Britt worked alongside the 9am crew as they completed the Murph. There’s just something different about getting through a workout with a group. They showed up ready to work, pushed each other, and finished TOGETHER. The energy, the support, and the community made the hard parts a little easier. Proud of everyone for showing up and getting it done!
