If your knees cave in, your heels come off the floor, or your lower back takes over… you’re not squatting, you’re surviving 😅

Here’s how to fix it:

✔️ Feet shoulder-width apart
✔️ Push your hips back first like you’re sitting into a chair
✔️ Keep your chest up & core tight
✔️ Drive your knees out (don’t let them cave in)
✔️ Sit low, then push through your heels to stand tall

Master the basics → build strength → move like an athlete. 🧩

🔥 Stop doing the same workout every time you walk into the gym 🔥

Hopping on the treadmill… a few curls… some abs… bike… then dip. That’s cool because you showed up. Respect every time. The problem is your body adapts. If it already knows the plan, you stop progressing.

Chris lost 50 pounds since joining Fade Fitness 🏋🏽‍♂️

Chris is my guy. When he first came to me, he hated fitness. Still kind of does 😂 but now he understands it’s a huge part of his life. With my help and the energy of Fade Fitness, he’s learned how to stick with it and keep showing up.

At first, he just wanted to feel better. But as time went on, I realized he could be so much more than that. Not only did he drop 50 pounds. He found a whole new version of himself. His confidence has been through the roof lately. Honestly, it’s like seeing a completely different person, and I love it.

We’re just getting started. The goal is always to keep growing into the best version of ourselves 💪
