We can get you ready for competition or get you in shape to survive on the street.Our instructors have the experience and knowledge to train you to your full potential. We train students USA Goju to children 4-10 years of age
Monday Wednesday and Friday
4:30-5:30
Ages 11 years and older train
Monday Tuesday and Thursday
From 6:00-7:30pm
Boxing is Tuesday and Thursday
From 5:00-6:00 and Wednesday
5:30-6:30pm
Kickboxing is Monday Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-9:00pm
