And last, but certainly NOT LEAST, the 3 founding facilities responsible for United Dock Diving.

We couldn't finish our YEF hosting facility spotlights without recognizing the three facilities that started it all.

Einstein Dock Diving in Gaines, MI
Flying Carnage Dock Diving in Arcanum, OH
Florida K9 Sports in Myakka City, FL

THE FOUNDING THREE.

These three facilities came together with an idea:

Create something bigger. Build something better.
And most importantly, give everyone a place to play. And from that idea, United Dock Diving was born.

What started with three facilities has grown into a community spanning the country, with more dogs, more handlers, more facilities, more events, more opportunities, and more people falling in love with this crazy sport we all love.

But the mission hasn't changed.

Every year, these three facilities continue to work behind the scenes, on the docks, at events, and within their communities to grow the sport and give back to the community that has given them so much.

They've watched UDD grow from an idea, to a first season, to four seasons… and now, we're standing on the edge of SEASON FIVE!

And before we jump into that next chapter, we're getting ready to celebrate the end of year four with the biggest celebration of the season: 2026 UDD Year End Finals.

Three founding facilities. One organization. Four incredible seasons. And a whole lot of dogs who have jumped their hearts out along the way.

So here's to Einstein Dock Diving, Flying Carnage, and Florida K9 Sports. Here's to the three who believed enough to build it.

Here's to every facility that joined them along the way. Here's to every dog and handler who has stepped onto a UDD dock.

And here's to the community that continues to make all of this possible.

Next in the facility spotlight is 406 Dock Diving in Billings, MT!

Sometimes growing a sport means going where the organization hasn't been before. And that’s exactly what 406 Dock Diving is doing.

This year marks their inaugural season with UDD — and they’re doing it on a mobile dock, bringing UDD events to life in Billings, Montana and becoming the first to bring UDD competition to this area of the country.

That’s a BIG deal.

Because when you bring a new organization, with new games, and new opportunities to an area that hasn’t had them before, you’re not just hosting events. You’re building something from the ground up.

You’re creating new teams. You’re introducing new dogs to dock diving. You’re giving handlers a place to compete. And you’re opening the door for an entirely new community to discover just how much they can accomplish together.

And they’re doing all of that in their VERY FIRST SEASON.

406 Dock Diving, welcome to UDD! We are SO excited to have you representing the sport in Montana and to see where you take this. The first season is only the beginning, and we have a feeling there are some BIG things ahead for 406 Dock Diving.

Thank you for taking the leap, putting a mobile dock on the ground, and helping expand the UDD family into a whole new part of the country.

The next facility spotlight for YEF hosting facilities is Tail Waggin Events in Robbinsville, NJ!

Some facilities start with a big vision. Others start with whatever they can get their hands on, and a whole lot of determination.

Back in 2024, Tail Waggin Events jumped into UDD by hosting events on a borrowed mobile dock, all with one goal in mind: GROW THE DOCK DIVING COMMUNITY IN THEIR AREA.

In 2025, they built their permanent facility, and hosted their first UDD events there toward the end of the season.

Then came 2026, their first full season hosting UDD events, and WOW, what a season it has been!

Their events have grown tremendously, bringing more dogs, more handlers, and more excitement to the sport in Robbinsville and the surrounding area.

And now, nearly 75 dogs are competing at Tail Waggin Events this weekend for the 2026 UDD Year End Finals!

Think about that for a second… from a borrowed mobile dock in 2024, to building a permanent facility, to hosting a full season of events, to welcoming nearly 75 competitors for their very first UDD Year End Finals. THAT is growing a community.

Tail Waggin Events has made a HUGE impact on dock diving in their area, and we couldn't be more excited to have them as part of the UDD family, and even more excited to see what comes next!

Thank you for believing in the sport, investing in your community, and creating a place where dogs and handlers can come together and DOCK DIVE!

The next facility spotlight is Ocala Dog Ranch in Ocala, FL!

There’s something really exciting about watching a new UDD facility find its place in the organization, and Ocala Dog Ranch has jumped right in and made their presence known!

Ocala Dog Ranch began hosting UDD events toward the end of 2025, helping kick off the 2026 season, and they didn't stop there.

They've continued offering UDD opportunities all summer long, giving Florida teams another place to compete, train, chase personal bests, and simply get out there and DOCK!

And now? They're taking another BIG step.

For the first time EVER, High Jump is coming to Florida for the 2026 UDD Year End Finals!

And Ocala Dog Ranch is the facility making it happen.

Even more exciting? This will be Ocala Dog Ranch's very first UDD Year End Finals!

Talk about making an entrance.

In less than a year, Ocala Dog Ranch has gone from hosting their first UDD events to becoming a Year End Finals championship facility, and bringing an entirely new championship game opportunity to Florida.

That's exactly the kind of growth we love to see. Because every new facility adds something to UDD.

More docks. More events. More opportunities. More competitors. More dogs discovering just how much they LOVE launching themselves into a pool.

But perhaps most importantly, new facilities help us take the sport into places where competitors may not have previously had as many opportunities to participate.

That's how we grow. And Ocala Dog Ranch is helping us do exactly that in Florida.

We're incredibly grateful for the commitment they've shown in their first season with UDD. They didn't just host an event and call it a day. They continued to offer opportunities throughout the summer and then stepped up to take on one of the biggest challenges of all: hosting the UDD Year End Finals.

And not just any portion of the Finals. They're bringing HIGH JUMP to YEF in Florida for the first time!

We can't wait to see what Florida's high jumping dogs bring to the dock. There may even be some new records flying out of Florida this weekend!

Ocala Dog Ranch, thank you for jumping into UDD and immediately becoming part of what we're building.

Next on our facility spotlights is Michiana Diving Dogs in Niles, MI!

When a new facility joins United Dock Diving, we always hope they’ll jump in and become part of the UDD family. Some join and watch for a while, some others fade away from hosting events.

But every once in a while, a new facility doesn't just jump in…

They jump in with BOTH FEET!

And that's exactly what Michiana Diving Dogs has done.

2026 is their INAUGURAL YEAR with United Dock Diving, and they wasted absolutely NO time getting involved.

From hosting UDD events and welcoming competitors to becoming a championship host for the 2026 UDD Year End Finals, Michiana Diving Dogs has made it very clear that they're here to be part of the sport, and we're absolutely thrilled to have them.

Think about that for a second… YEAR ONE.

New to UDD, and already stepping up to host the UDD Year End Finals Championship.

That's not dipping your toes in the water. That's cannonballing straight into the deep end!

And honestly? We wouldn't have it any other way.

One of the most exciting things about watching UDD grow is seeing new facilities recognize what this sport can be and decide they want to help build it.

That's what Michiana Diving Dogs is doing.

They're creating opportunities for teams to get on the dock, get in the water, compete, improve, and experience everything that makes dock diving so much fun. And they're doing it right here in Niles, MI.

For our Michigan competitors, having another facility committed to hosting UDD events means more opportunities to compete without having to travel halfway across the country.

For new competitors, it means another welcoming place to discover the sport.

For experienced teams, it means another dock to chase records, titles and personal bests.

And for UDD? It means another facility that believes enough in what we're building to step up and help take it to the next level. That's HUGE for us.

Michiana Diving Dogs, thank you for making 2026 your first year with UDD and immediately becoming such an important part of our season.

The next facility spotlight is Ironpaws in Hemlock, MI.

Some facilities have been part of UDD for a while.

And then there are the facilities that have been here from the very beginning. Ironpaws is one of them.

Their UDD story goes all the way back to 2023, our very first full season of dock diving. From the beginning, Ironpaws opened their doors, hosted events, welcomed competitors, and helped us build something that was still very much in its infancy.

They didn't wait to see how big UDD would become.

They helped make it happen.

And that's something we'll never take for granted.

2023 — Ironpaws hosts its first UDD event.
2025 — Ironpaws hosts its first UDD Year End Finals.
2026 — They're back for another UDD Year End Finals.

And now we're getting ready to power into Season 5 of United Dock Diving!

Five seasons. Five years of dogs flying off docks, handlers chasing PBs, new competitors discovering a sport they never knew they needed, and an ever growing community being built around the water.

Ironpaws has been there through that entire evolution. Helping to grow the community in Michigan to what it is today.

Their commitment to dog sports extends well beyond dock diving. Ironpaws offers performance focused training and preparation in other sports including rally, agility, obedience, shed hunt and hunt test work, with a strong emphasis on developing the dog's athleticism, confidence, focus and teamwork.

That makes Ironpaws such a natural fit for UDD. Because at the end of the day, dock diving isn't just about how far a dog can jump.

It's about the team. It's about training. It's about confidence. It's about learning how to communicate with your dog.

It's about setting a goal, chasing it, missing it by an inch, and coming back next time determined to get it.

And it's about having a place where you can do all of that surrounded by people who understand exactly why you're so excited when your dog launches off that dock.

Ironpaws has continued to provide those opportunities year after year. Their Hemlock facility remains an active destination for dock diving vents, and they continue to host UDD competitions.

And now, they're once again part of the 2026 UDD Year End Finals.

That's a pretty incredible journey when you stop and think about it.

From hosting their first UDD event in 2023, to hosting their first Year End Finals in 2025, to coming back again in 2026.

Ironpaws hasn't simply watched UDD grow. They've grown with us. And they've helped us grow.

So today, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to Ironpaws and say: THANK YOU.

Thank you for believing in UDD in those early days. Thank you for opening your facility to our competitors. Thank you for hosting events. Thank you for helping grow dock diving in Michigan. Thank you for investing in dog sports and the teams who participate in them. And most of all, thank you for continuing to stand beside us as we head into Season 5.

We are incredibly proud to have Ironpaws as part of the UDD family, and we're even more excited to see what the next five seasons bring.

Our next Facility Spotlight is A Dog House in a Flint, Tx, our OG Texas facility!

Some facilities join an organization. Some facilities help build it.

Dog House Splash is absolutely one of those facilities.

As we get ready for the 2026 UDD Year End Finals, we couldn't be more excited to shine the spotlight on a facility that has been with UDD since our very beginning.

This isn't just another year of Dog House Splash hosting the Year End Finals. They were there for the FIRST one.

When UDD held its inaugural Year End Finals in 2023, the entire championship consisted of just FOUR facilities.

Four.

And Dog House Splash was one of them.

From those very first championship jumps to where we are today, they have remained a constant part of the UDD family, and that kind of loyalty, commitment, and belief in what we're building means more than we can put into words.

Now, as UDD prepares to power into our 5th full season of dock diving, Dog House Splash is still here. Still hosting. Still competing. Still giving dogs and handlers a place to jump. Still helping grow the sport. And still helping make UDD what it is today.

Over the years, Dog House Splash has hosted countless UDD opportunities for competitors, including Long Jump, Speed Jump and Hang Time. Their 2026 End of Summer event alone offered multiple heats across an entire weekend, giving teams plenty of opportunities to get in the water, chase title points, and work toward the Year End Finals.

But what makes Dog House Splash special isn't just the number of events they've hosted. It's the role they've played in the history of UDD.

When UDD was still an idea becoming a reality, facilities like Dog House Splash took a chance on us.

They opened their doors. They put their docks and pools to work. They welcomed competitors. They helped create the first championships. And they kept showing up.

That matters to us! Because you don't build a sport with one person or one facility. You build it with a group of people who are willing to say, “Let's give this a shot.” And then keep saying, “We're not going anywhere.”

Dog House Splash has been saying that since year one. And look at what has happened since.
What began with 4 championship facilities has grown into a national dock diving organization with facilities and competitors all across the country, and Dog House Splash has been part of that journey from the very first championship.

That's something worth celebrating.
So as we head into the 2026 UDD Year End Finals, we want to say a HUGE: THANK YOU, DOG HOUSE SPLASH!

Thank you for believing in UDD when it was brand new. Thank you for being one of the original four.
Thank you for continuing to host and support our competitors. Thank you for helping grow dock diving in Texas. And thank you for still being here as we head into Season 5!

We couldn't tell the story of United Dock Diving without Dog House Splash being a very important part of it. And now, we're incredibly excited to watch them help us write the next chapter.
