Proud of this group.

The past few weeks they’ve shown up, put their heads down, and gone to work. The biggest thing I’ve noticed isn’t just better speed or stronger lifts, it’s the confidence they’re building and the way they support each other every day. That’s the kind of culture we’re building.

We’re honored to support the very first Core Fitness & Wellness Day, an event created to bring people together through movement, resilience, and meaningful connection. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, coach, or community member, this day is about showing up for one another.
