There is something special about watching an old place become new again.

Repairing the roof on another one of the Coosa Campus gyms, marking another important step in the transformation of a campus that sat quiet for years.

Our goal has always been bigger than simply renovating an old high school. We are working to build a place where athletics, community, and business can all have a home and where this property can serve people again for years to come.

One project at a time, that vision is starting to take shape.

While Coosa Campus continues to take shape, our commitment to the community is already underway. Join us in supporting Ronald McDonald House of Alabama by donating a new, unwrapped toy through August 20th.

Yesterday, Coosa Campus served another purpose. Local law enforcement trained within these walls, using the space to prepare for the moments our community depends on them most. We’re proud to see this campus continue to create value by supporting those who keep our communities safe.

A lot of work happens before the finished product.

Years of roof leaks caused significant damage to this gym, including the hardwood floors. Since taking ownership, we’ve repaired the roof inside and out, installed new LED lighting, and removed the damaged flooring.

One step at a time, this space is being transformed into a facility built for sports, business, and community use. Stay tuned for what’s next.

As summer begins and these halls sit a little quieter than they once did, we’re reminded of the thousands of stories that were written here.

Today, we’re busy with demo, renovation, and reimagining what’s next for this historic building. But before the next chapter begins, we’d love to hear about the ones that came before.
