Registration is officially OPEN for the 2026 Noccalula Falls Duathlon. On Saturday, October 10, we’re heading back to the trails at Noccalula Falls Park for a morning of running, riding, and supporting Friends of the Falls.

This year there’s something for just about everybody:

* Duathlon: 5K run + 20K mountain bike + 2.5K run
* 1/2 Duathlon: 5K run + 10K mountain bike
* Relay: split the 5K run and 10K ride with a teammate
* Kids’ Duathlon: ½-mile run + ½-mile bike — FREE

Adult registration is $45, and all proceeds benefit Friends of the Falls. Stick around afterward for hot dogs, awards, and a good morning at the park.

This race is being built around what makes this place special: real trails, a challenging course, a great park, and a community that shows up.
