To keep you moving, we've crafted a quick 20-minute workout that you can do right at home or on the training floor. No equipment needed—just your determination and a timer!
20-Minute Martial Arts Inspired Workout:
Warm-Up (3 mins): Jumping jacks and dynamic stretching to get the heart rate up and muscles warmed.
Circuit (Repeat x4):
Punches (1 min): Alternate punches with high intensity.
