Tim “Dr Hook” McCracken was the Captain of the Syracuse Bulldogs in the movie ‘Slap Shot’. Paul D'Amato, who played “Dr. Hook” McCracken, passed away recently from progressive supranuclear palsy, a rare brain disease.

For every sweater sold, we’ll be making a donation to CurePSP ( https://www.psp.org/ ) , the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the awareness, care and cure for three neurodegenerative diseases, including progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).
