Fainting Goat Cycling

I wanted to say a huge Thank you to Tim and Mariam for supporting the cycling club the last 3 years.
We are sad that the Fainting Goat has closed as of December 31,2025.
We were growing and designed our first kit in 2025.
That being said the group will continue on. We are currently riding from different locations in the area.
Our Wednesday night ride is now leaving out of the Aviator/new bar with the airplane.

This past Saturday we road out of the Local Time Brewery in Lillington.
If you have visited this sight and would like more info about the group please send me an email at [email protected]

We will not be using this page going forward. For now we are using signal to communicate. So reaching out to me via email is the best way to get added to the group.
In the near future we will create a new page to advertise our rides.

May be damp, we will ride if it is not raining. I will cancel at least an hour out if rain is present.

Route is the NCBC 63 mile Spring Fling.

Plan is to stop in Erwin for a pastry and Angier for coffee. We can stop at additional stops/ gas station if needed.

First part of the route is hilly

We will be riding at an avg of 18-19 mph. This is a no drop ride and we will stop for mechanicals. We cannot wait indefinitely if you are not able to maintain the advertised pace.

Tail lights are highly recommended
