Hey girls. Some interesting info you should be proud of that Darlene ran across last night. Impacts 96 finished 3rd in the 16U C class world series. That is the same team that beat us 9 to 2 at the first of the year in Trussville, and we came back and beat them 6 to 0 to win the Fultondale tournament near the end of the year. We told ya'll you beat some good teams and ya'll were good when you played hard. Congrats again on your summer season.

Congratulations girls on another late night in finishing second in Huntsville. You took the field at 3 shorthanded and did not leave the field until 11:10 with the trophy. That is 4 straight tourney's on the field late. Good job and thanks for you efforts yesterday and all summer. Love you all and wish you the best in your upcoming school year. It has been my pleasure and priviledge to be a part of you softball this year. Please keep all of up to date with your accomplishments on this page, Pics from Huntsville will be up later. Remember to thank your parents for their sacrifices made on your behalf the last 2 months. Again, congrats on another good day yesterday.

We have a time change again. You get some extra sleep. We now play at noon and 3 for pool games in Huntsville. Be there at 11:00. I will be at the fieldstown road exit at the first gas station on the right and ready to leave at 9:30 if anyone wants to caravan. I-65 north to exit 340, take I565E to exit 17A and turn right on Jordan Lane; go 4/10 mile and then continue 1 and 5/10 mile on Patton Rd SW to sportsplex on the right. The adress is 3590 Patton Rd Sw Huntsville 35805. See everyone tomorrow.

Hello. As usual with USSSA, they had 3 tournaments and ours is the only one that had enough teams to make, so they combined all 3 totalling 11 teams ( combined Decatur, Huntsville, and Liberty Park ) and so we get moved to Huntsville. It is 18 miles further than we were going and we play at 10:30 (Field 6 ) and 1:30 ( Field 5 ) with the tournament starting at 3. Directions are at the bottom. We can't withdraw without forfeiture of the entry fees, so we may as well go and play and play hard. They try and keep the 18's and 16's at the same place whenever possible, so same as when we got moved to Hoover. We need to be there no later than 9:30. Let me know if anyone needs a ride. i also think it is a good idea to meet and travel together, so I will be at the Gardendale Fieldstown Road exit at the first gas station on the right at 7:50 and plan to leave there at 8.Keep in touch. 527-6828 or Darlene 240-4008. Me thinks we're on a roll! Last 3 tournaments - 3rd place, second place, then First place yesterday! Congratulations to everyone! You all contributed to a concerted effort to FINISH! And you finished in a fantastic way by beating a very good team 6-0! Thanks to Jessyca, Casey, and Brianna for helping! Thanks to LaPromise for getting back from her camp at 5 a.m. then coming out to help us FINISH this tournament! You all contributed and should be proud! Now you know how to FINISH and WIN! FINAO!
