Good morning everyone! I have some news for y’all - some sad and some exciting! 😮

The sad news is HIIT class will continue through the end of May and will resume in September. So we have 5 more classes (including tomorrow’s class)!

The exciting news is this summer I will (hopefully) be getting my group fitness certification and I will be able to teach not only HIIT class but other types of exercise!This will offer more of a variety of classes! Stay tuned! 🙌👍💁‍♀️❤️

I have TRULY enjoyed being your leader/instructor the past few months and we will be back in action in September! ❤️
