Anyone looking to learn how to defend themselves and feel empowered? Well Soldierfit Fulton is hosting an exclusive Self Defense class on Sunday February 25th! This 90 min workshop will cover common self defense mechanics, proper fall mechanics and distance management. The owners of Ronin 47 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sara and Ale will be running this amazing class.
