Price: membership to YMCA or drop in rate of $4 (please check with Y to make sure rate hasn’t changed); first class FREE! COMING SOON TO JEFFERSON CITY! Beginning September 15, 2022
Thursdays at 6:00PM class will be held in the gym at Capital City Christian Church. (Gym is located at the lower parking lot behind the church.) Capital City Christian Church
